- We check what can reasonably be improved and agree the scope of the intervention.
- A reliable remote-assistance tool is installed with you; you can take back control or disable access at any time.
- Useful actions are carried out with official, legal methods appropriate for Windows or macOS.
- A final review explains the improvements observed, any limits and the practical recommendations.
